Amusement or Abuse?

Well, hopefully this doesn't come across any child-protection types, but he's having so much fun!

On the other hand, LH's become so articulate lately. She comes up with these big long stories and has to have her say in every conversation. When she gets worked up and excited she starts talking a mile a minute and I'm pretty sure only half of it's actually English, but at least she thinks she's hilarious.
Grandpa and Grandma H were up for the day a little while ago and at one point they took Lil' H outside to jump on the trampoline. While out there Daddy let Charlie off her rope and she managed to find one of the many puppy-sized holes in the fence. So off Daddy goes to chase her around the yard and try to corner her before she makes it to the road. It's no easy task because the dog thinks it's a great game to deke you out, so Grandpa goes out to help him. As soon as Grandpa steps out of the fence Lil' H pipes up, "Oh no! Grandpa got out!"
So we went to my friend B's son's first birthday party on the weekend, she did a pretty neat alien-theme for him and there were quite a few kids under the age of five there so it was quite the social event. Lil' F thought it was pretty overwhelming though and I couldn't be out of sight for very long. He's pretty good though really, because I could be all the way across the room, as long as he knew where I was, so I'm not complaining! I don't remember LH being that good at that age. I'm actually pretty sure I wasn't even allowed to cross the room even when we were at home in our normal routine!
LF wants to move SO bad right now though. I think he's discovered there's more to the world around him because he just gets so excited to be moving in any sort of way right now. He's managed to push himself backwards all over the place until he either gets stuck or gets too tired from the effort. He's also managed a TINY bit of scootching forward as well, though it's pretty painful to watch so far! The little guy has been sleeping like crazy lately though, and I'm thinking it's probably because of all his efforts to move all day long!
